Part of my role as a Content Marketing Specialist is optimizing and planning social media content. Social media can often be a trial-and-error process, especially for B2B companies. This is why I carefully curate content based on the platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and analyze metrics like engagement rate, click-through rate, impressions, and more. I manage B2B and B2C email newsletters through Constant Contact, HubSpot, and Magazine Manager. With my e-marketing experience, I know how to craft ideal subject lines, preview text, copy, and design. I use A/B testing and analytics to assess open rates, CTR, bounce rates, conversion rates, etc. E-marketing is more than sending out a simple email, it's a craft that requires thoughtful strategy.
